・ Be responsible for short and mid/long term talent development for VCJ Sales organization. Develops talent development strategy for Sales organization, collaborating with Global CE and BU HR Lead, and obtain alignment with Sales VP and management team, in order to realize the ideal state of Sales organization to deliver the company strategy (OGSM).

・ Provide effective training and talent development contents based on the annual talent development strategy and plan, collaborating with Sales management team and related Functions.

・ Own PDCA for overall talent development for Sales, incl. training and other contents, to assess its effectiveness and continuously improve the outcomes.

・ Be accountable for developing and obtaining alignment on Sales talent development strategy

・ Be accountable for defining, developing, and executing the training curriculum for sales organization with deep understanding on job descriptions and career paths in the organization

・ Be responsible for designing Training Matrix for Sales Department

・ Effectively partner with Global CE and VC HR to ensure Japan's needs are appropriately reflected to the design and contents of global-led training initiatives

・ Develops and execute the global-led training initiatives, closely partnering with Sales Management and related departments

・ Lead PDCA cycle for overall Sales talent development and annual training plan

・ Lead PDCA cycle for development of the global and local training and other learning initiatives

・ Be responsible for all T&D team deliverables by optimally allocating T&D resources for tasks and projects

・ Be responsible for actual versus forecast comparison in T&D (budget/ training development)

・ Manage, develop, and assess T&D team member with clear understanding on the talent development framework and guidelines of J&J and VCC.

・ Ensure T&D team member can lead and execute development of local training and other learning initiatives

・ Support T&D team member by ensuring necessary resources are allocated to develop training and learning initiatives, especially KOM and New Product Trainings.



・Can demonstrate strategic and logical thinking to design strategy and plans for VCC Sales Talent Development agenda

・Can deeply understand the overall business strategy and situation and translate it into the talent development needs for Sales organization

・Cross-functional skill to effectively negotiate with the Global and other departments

・Strong leadership and resource management skill to lead the T&D team

・Project management skill to effectively lead the projects that require collaboration with multi-departments and/or external vendors

・Knowledge (or experience) on people and career development for manager and below employees

・Training related knowledge (define/ design/ deliver/ assess)
