Dell Client Solutions Field Mktg Sr. Analyst in Kanagawa, Japan

This position is aiming to achieve quarterly target revenue and margin for Commercial Client PC products through solid field marketing strategy and execution * Grow business by making sure products are ready to be sold, closely working with other functions such as PLM/PLO and DMA team. * Improve Dell corporate and product brand equity by establishing competitive advantage and understanding customer needs * Plan and execute marketing and merchandizing programs for targeted customers and engage with sales team * Drive online demand by planning and executing online merchandizing and campaign, closely working with online manager and Marcom manager

Required Skill * Knowledge of IT/PC industry, technologies, products and services are required * Strong analytical skill and insight for leading strategy out of the analysis * Solid execution and agility to move things forward in time * Strong communication and negotiation skill to lead the backend SKU/OC readiness team * Strong teamwork and communication skills for smooth cross-functional operations * Skill to deal with ambiguity and changes to make a right decision and action under fast-moving circumstances * Presentation skill. MS PPT, EXCEL, WORD * Advanced English proficiency with Native leveled Japanese

Preferred Background * Prefer at least 5years of product marketing and/or merchandizing experience * Prefer 5 years of IT industry experience
