  1. Providing an end to end ‘Customer to Cash’ process with a single point of contact for customers

  2. Proactively seeking to maximise customer service and satisfaction, and ultimately the availability of products at the point of purchase

  3. Adding value to the business through speed of service (efficiency) and relationship management (growth)

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Country/Area Marketing

  1. Effectively manage customer order processing, including stock confirmation

  2. Facilitating order processing by communicating with warehouse about stock

  3. Identify the size and reason for any abnormal demand, to aid the efficient running of supply chain process

  4. Inputting return orders and checking the items compared to customers claims

Major Challenges

Japan has been developed market. All customers including CVS require to be delivered our products on time(OTD). We have to avoid out of stock situation. So we are aiming to 100% customer service level.
