Job Description

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collect, filter, clean and validate data that feeds into the MarketShare marketing mix model

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets

  • Develop reporting decks and insights through analysis of key topic areas across

  • Campaign and media

  • Digital and Social

  • Planning/Marketplace

  • Customer

  • Retail Marketing

  • Explore alternative approaches to sharing frequent insights to stakeholders

  • Build and analyze dashboards and reports

  • Automation of analyses

  • Work closely with In country Marketing team and Regional FMD Measurement Lead to prioritize business and information needs

  • Support the development of measurement plans for all key campaigns in-market as well as across the region

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Required Experience

  • 3-8 years of marketing analytic experience

  • 3-5 years experience with BI Tools

  • 3+ years experience with relational database

  • Experience presenting to senior corporate leaders

Required Technical Skills

  • Power user of BI tools, query capabilities

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Graphic displays of information

Required Competencies

  • Experience working with large data sets and data driven decision making

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
