Job Description

Accountability

  • Execute against aligned Regional/local Retail Marketing plan to meet investment guidelines, priorities and goals

  • Drive activation of campaign plans in key consideration and conversion moments, according to marketing plans for Japan

  • Responsible for communicating Retail Marketing plan goals investments & priorities to In-market specialists, channel teams and resellers

  • Be responsible for the recommendation and execution of trade marketing plans including key Reseller Marketing Partnerships. Liaise and co-ordinate with consumer marketing team to drive retail marketing needs in the market

  • Identify requirements for trade marketing assets. Partner with Merchandising Planner to deliver assets that achieve aligned objectives

  • Execute with excellence from global inception through to in-market execution

  • Manage local trade marketing budgets. Report on trade marketing plans including calendar, investment plan and key initiatives

  • Drive marketing discussions on key reseller partnerships

  • Drive marketing planning and execution for RDG trade marketing plans

  • Identify local requirements for trade marketing assets

  • Ensure provision of data and info to optimization team

  • Manage relationship with reseller teams to help optimize digital trade marketing programs

  • Work as main liaison to related agency partners

  • Manage annual and monthly digital reseller marketing and measurement plans

  • Develop proposals that drive continuous improvement in the business.

  • Review technical details and work with D&A RDE and Marketing Services on creative asset development to ensure successful campaign deployment

  • Take ownership of online ad KPIs to drive optimisation and efficiency

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or equivalent degree

  • Minimum 5 years of Retail Marketing experiences

  • Extensive knowledge about the CE industry

  • Excellent English Skills

  • International business experience
