Autodesk APAC Field Marketing Manager in Tokyo, Japan

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

INDUSTRY STRATEGIC CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION: * Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy supporting the business objectives of sales groups and outlining marketing activities to gain awareness and increase leads. Focus on building a pipeline of Autodesk users for the Japan and India region. * Create, generate ideas and implement and/or direct compelling, measurable marketing campaigns for specified marketing industries to generate demand with marketing communication team and vendors, and create business opportunities. * Create marketing collateral and material designed for customer target segment * Work with vendors/contingent staff for campaign execution in India and Japan. * * COLLABORATE AND INTERFACE: * Collaborate and understand worldwide, divisional and GEO goals to ensure leveraged industry focused campaigns for the focus countries * Collaborate closely with FE leads in focus countries * Collaborate with public relations function to generate solution awareness * Collaborate across Depts and Division within Autodesk eg Strategic Partnership Industry team, ISM, Fusion 360 * Collaborate with Strategic Partners in the Education Ecosystem eg Govt, MOE, Autodesk Authorised Training Centres * * CHANNEL MARKETING CAPABILITY ENABLEMENT: * Work with distributors and resellers to ensure compliance with defined marketing standards to maintain consistent messaging to existing customers and prospects * Work closely with channel partners to support them in running demand generation activities. * Support in communication of channel marketing toolkits such as industry brochure, seminar-in-a-box, marketing program, etc * Be the conduit for sharing of marketing best practices among partners * * BUDGET AND REVENUE ACCOUNTABILITY: * Allocate marketing budget (A&P) in line with AEX s strategy, manage the spending, and ensure effective use of marketing budget to maximize ROI of all programs. * Monitor the delivery and execution of plans and measures effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and ROI * Manage budget and vendor relationships to provide campaign support REQUIREMENTS * 6 8 yrs in a Marketing position in an IT Industry with a penchant and hunger for regional GEO (APac) role. * Proven track record as a self starter with a strong hand on experience in marketing operation and managing staff. * Knowledge of digital marketing on Facebook, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Quora and Reddit. 10,000 extra points for solid experience in local internet service provider eg Yahoo Japan/Overture/Google. * Interest in 3D design, electronics, technology, maker and education fields * Knowledge of the use of Marketing Analystics software like Marketo/Adobe sitecataylst * Knowledge of use some digital design tools to make campaigns and conversations more engaging. (Optional) * An above and beyond friendly personality * Some college required (Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or related field)
