_Job Summary_

CooperVision Japan thinks digital marketing is one of key media/tactics for marketing communication and can be driven to contribute to the business growth. This position is expected to drive digital marketing strategy across all product brands along with the key marketing strategy.

Responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives for CVJ’s product portfolio. Responsible for promotional activity, product messaging and branding for all current and future brands. Manages the product line and achieves objectives under general guidance from Manager/Director of Marketing.

Work closely with the regional and global organization on developing digital marketing strategies ensuring CVJ’s needs are met, and work closely with sales dept. and other key stakeholders at CVJ ensuring to reflect patients’ needs are met



_Essential Functions & Accountabilities_

In conjunction with Manager/Director of Marketing, develops digital marketing strategies and plans for all CVJ brands and products that are consistent with the global organization’s overall mission, vision, values and long-term objectives.

Develop CVJ first membership program and future model for customer B2B CRM model.

Work with Marketing Manager to drive on-going PDCA for digital marketing.

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust digital marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions

Develops and leads digital marketing advertising/promotion for customer and consumer.

Develops an effective relationship with Regional and Global Marketing Team regarding digital marketing to provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market environment and customer needs as well as contribute to the team to develop and implement regional and global marketing plans

Collaborate with sales organization to ensure that managed brand marketing strategies are well communicated and executed and that all necessary support is available to ensure effective execution.




Responsible for all of digital promotion activities for CooperVision Japan.

Cross functional work with Sales, Sales Operation and Finance department for the final execution


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to analyze digital marketing statistics to come up with strategy on how to apply the results for the improvement to the overall business growth

CRM experience is highly preferred.

Management experience of digital ad agencies and web developers.

Consumer marketing and Health care/ medical device industry experience preferred.

Communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English

Strong team player

Passion for the own career development

Career flexibility within the marketing team

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

CRM experience is preferred.

Management experience of digital ad agencies and web developers.

Consumer marketing and Health care/ medical device industry experience preferred.




Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
