About Expedia's Global Supply Operations (GSO) Team:

Job Description:Lodging Partner Associate” Expedia is currently looking for action-oriented, technologically savvy, motivated individuals who have an obsession with customer satisfaction to join our Lodging Support Services contract center team. In this position, you will focus on providing inbound and outbound support to Expedia hotel partners. You will be dedicated and compassionate when dealing with suppliers, and will work closely and professionally with other departments to ensure the best resolution. You will be versatile in managing multiple software programs, prompt and accurate in your responses to email and phone communications and provide a simple, rapid, competent support experience.

*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Responsible for greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

  • Contacting hotel partners to resolve issues; proactively calling partners to resolve any anticipated issues

  • Responding to inventory management inquiries

  • Contacting guests based on requests received from partners

  • Providing supplier self-service support and maintenance

  • Maintaining strong vendor relations with a positive attitude and outgoing nature

  • Adhering to defined procedures, standards and performance expectations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English (Business Level) and Japanese (Native Level) are required

  • University degree (preferred). Experience in customer service oriented industry preferred

  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy; experienced or versatile in managing various software
