Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Oracle Financing works closely with customers and Oracle license sales representatives to structure payment solutions for acquiring Oracle and partner technology.
Manages, through other managers, the activities of Financing Sales organization in support of achieving sales objectives. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the division. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and makes hiring decisions. Manages budget. May help plan sales strategies and/or assist/participate in negotiations with key customers.
BS/BA in Business, Finance or Economics. MBA a plus. 8 years of sales experience in financial services or leasing industries. Experience managing staff. Strong presentation skills and proven ability to sell to "C" level customers. Sophisticated knowledge of credit and financial analysis, vendor program development, and financial concepts. Strong financial structuring and pricing ability. Experience with channels sales. Complex contract negotiation experience. Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Able to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
