Description: Job Description:
1. The following activities are necessary for a successful high-level operations for customer networks : 1) Plan: Analyze the network performance based on operational data to create a more adequate review of operational procedures (network level of quality control) 2) Execution: Implement based on the plan reviewed by a cross-functional team from World Wide Cisco (engineers abroad, management department) including the customer 3) Measurement of effectiveness: While confirming the results after the execution using various metrics, return to planning.
2. Manage the progress of the relevant streams regarding the important issues and provide reports to the customers and internal feedback
3. Provide customers with quality control services along with internal resources for improvement
Location: Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo (5-minute walk from Roppongi station on Hibiya line and Toei-Oedo line)
Experience Having any experience from the following: 1. Network operational management in an ISP or corporate enterprise 2. Quality control of network equipment manufacturers or technical support staff 3. Operational management of networks using network equipment from Cisco Systems
Skills 1. Basic knowledge of network technology (CCNA level or higher) 2. Analysis of statistical data and management skills (Quality control) 3. Advanced communication skills in Japanese and English (conversation and description capabilities) * Can accurately and smoothly report technical status (in Japanese and English) 4. Can smoothly facilitate a collaborative effort of members consisting of several parties 5. Able to create a report document based on technical information from network engineers

Analysis of network system's operational data 3. Experience or knowledge of general quality management techniques 4. Three years experience as an SE
Skill 1. Cisco Certified Technician, CCNA level and above (having the certification now is not required) 2. PMP (having the certification now is not required) 3. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, having the certification now is not required)
English Skill 1. TOEIC 650 points and above
