■Roles and responsibilities
Manage planning and planning execution. Work closely with PM/Sales/4P team on demand forecasting, parts planning, improve business predictability, linearity and execution efficiency.
Drives consistency in aligning product/mix guidance from AP/WW to region sales/4P. Coordinate new products ramp plans, work on transitions & EOL planning, last time buy clearance.
Manages E&O; Parts Inventory at healthy level. Liaise with cross functional team to assure planning at healthy level. Maintain low aged components with healthy components turns, avoid slow moving and obsolete, conduct inventory & E&O; tracking timely.
Communication and work across APHQ / WW and regions functional teams to drive business support and ensure performance deliverables.
Independent worker who is able to develop action plans and act on it till closure with minimum supervision, ensuring planning and execution aligned to business objectives - 5 years working experience on supply chain & 3 years working experience on planning role
Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers.
Exposure to Biz analytics and proficiency in using MS Excel; advanced Excel skill preferred
A strong written and verbal communication skill (English) is must.
