Business Risk & Support Department (BRSD) in Corporate Banking Division engages in the business other than client facing such like, management & control function, establishment procedure complying with legal and compliance, taking a lead for internal projects / initiatives, support to Corporate Banking Division Head and to RM Department, Japan Desk coordination, Credit Risk Financial Analysis and management of analysis flow, control and processing of AML Compliance activities etc. This time, BRSD is looking for replacement of transferring staff to maintain the business continuously.

  • Responsibility of the member is to co-work with others in BRSD, and is to take leadership for completion of the department’s work flows.

  • Communicate with Japan Desk representatives to coordinate necessary arrangements for them to have appropriate co-working on business enhancement in linkage with CJL Corporate Banking.

  • Co-work with relevant parties, such like, BRSD members, Legal, Compliance, Markets TTS etc, to complete internal projects / initiatives.

  • Co-working with Corporate Banking Division staffs, Legal, Compliance, ORM, Internal Audit, take responsibility to conduct management & control function for appropriate control on work flows.

  • In linkage with Departments in Corporate Banking Division, provide support to Corporate Banking Head and Division members for business strategy planning and execution and other relevant actions.

  • Provide support on other works for the team members of BRSD.

Required Experiences Knowledge Skills Licensed >

  • Experience in Corporate Banking business, or being involved in the delivery of financial solutions to institutional customers is preferable.

  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback on processes, procedures and work relationships.

  • Good work flow management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

  • Solid computer literacy and ability to utilize effectively applications such like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Citi internal applications.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • English Communication as well as native Japanese reading / speaking skill

Japanese - Advanced Level

(Can communicate like a native speaker and perform complex tasks)

English - Intermediate Level

(Can understand business presentations and speak at internal / external meetings or teleconferences)
