AT&T Tech Specialist, Client Network Delivery in Tokyo, Japan
Lead service delivery team. Manage project based on customer requirement and manage lifecycle events(security compliance,EOL/EOS,etc.) of NW service's components.
Representative of AT&T Network service delivery team facing to customer.
Work office : Tokyo(Toranomon) and customer sites if needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Leader who has both network technical skill and project management skill.
Network Architect : Create solution to the customer requirement.
Project management: Deliver projects (new service or change of existing services) meeting the target that is agreed with customer.
Lifecycle management:Complete to perform tasks of lifecycle events and fix problem when it occured.
Customer interface: Focal point of service. Keep good relation to the customer and obtain customer's trust and satisfaction.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Network Engineering : IP networking, Routing protocols, NW Products(CISCO Router/Switch/Firewall, Packetshaper). Design(Physical/Logical NW), Configure, Trouble shooting of NW environment.
ISP services, DNS(BIND,Infoblox), Business communication(Team leading, Customer relationship)
Education and Qualifications::
Graduation from university, bachelor
Additional Information: Qualifications :
CCNP level equivalency or more.
