Job Title Customer Quality Engineer
Customer complaint handling. Analyze, follow up and response to Customer complaints in cooperation with plant quality and central quality teams to ensure timely resolution of quality problems.
Sharing lessons learned with crossfunctional team members to prevent repeat quality issues.
Support Automotive Engineers in PPAP approval process.
Customer satisfaction and quality status monitoring through OEM released data, reporting the status to Key Account manager&Automotive Engineer, initiating and monitoring action plans to close the identified gaps.
Organize customer audits in cooperation with plant quality teams. Support plants and central quality organization in keeping OEM certifications current with the support of the Automotive Engineer.
Support Automotive Engineer and plant teams to ensure flawless launches meeting the customer specific requirements.
Run conformity of production testing program for the production tires for accounts responsible, evaluating and reporting the results to Key Account Manager & Automotive Engineer.
