Job Description

Main Tasks / Responsibilities

› Ensure financial management reporting processes and tools are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business.

› Coordinate all financial reporting activities

› Review financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate.

› Signaling of significant deviations from targets to the CFO

› Ensure that Controlling is in line with Corporate and local policies and guidelines.

› Ensure that the department’s strategy is aligned with the companies objectives . Ensure that individual targets are set accordingly.

› Create and promote a positive, supportive and stable work environment which motivates the departments members to achieve the defined targets.

› Recruit and retain high caliber staff.

› Develop and implement training programs in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals. ›Develop a strategic succession planning. ›Leverage the strengths and abilities of the Team Leaders.

› Clarify roles and responsibilities. Conduct personnel dialogues with the Team Leaders, discussing their performance, goal achievement and training needs

› Responsible for coordinating all reporting activities ­ be involved in supporting presentations and will work closely with the senior leadership team.

› Align the department’s activities with the corporate strategy.
